1958 Lambretta TV175

On April 10th 1957, Innocenti released the Lambretta TV175. It was a total break in design from all other models and it was to become the benchmark for future Lambrettas. This TV175 was imported from Switzerland in 2007. She was in a poor state of affairs but was complete, and as such, was ideal for an original restoration. After stripping the scooter down, every nut and bolt was carefully cleaned and sent off to be cadmium plated. Parts that were beyond salvaging were sourced. The body was given the full treatment and finished off with a lush coat of Ivory 8028. With the rebuilt horizontally-aligned cylinder engine installed, she fired up after nearly 40 years of lying dormant by a very proud and happy owner.
